In an important bankruptcy case won by Sapronov & Associates, P.C., the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit handed down a decision in favor of ASM Capital, LP, an investor in distressed assets. The case has implications for investors in this difficult economy - especially those purchasing claims from bankruptcy estates. The case was successfully argued by firm partner Robert J.
